Instructions for use
This tool have 2 ways to calculate .
Calculation 1: Annualized Rate of Return (simple IRR)
Step 1: Initial invest capital(skip to).
Step 2: Choose the return year and type in invest return(skip to).
Step 3: Get annualized rate of return(skip to).
Calculation 2: Internal Rate of Return (from cash flow):
Step 1: Initial invest capital(skip to).
Step 2: Create data(skip to).
Step 3: Delete or add new row(skip to).
Step 4: Get internal rate of return(skip to).
Calculation 1: Annualized Rate of Return (simple IRR)
Step 1: Initial invest capital.
Step 2: Choose the return year and type in invest return.
Step 3: Get annualized rate of return.
When you change initial invest capital, year or invest return values this tool will calcualte annualized rate of return immediately.
Calculation 2: Internal Rate of Return (from cash flow):
Step 1: Initial invest capital and choose the right tab page(from cash flow).
Step 2: Create data.
You can use Fast Create or Add new Row to create your cash flow data.
This tool will create different years and same cashflow data.
Step 3: Delete or add new row.
You can click trash can image where in the right side if you want to delete some years data.
You can click Add new row if you want to create new row.
Step 4: Get internal rate of return.
Click Calculate button after typed every years data.
You’ll get the return values under the button.
